Booking and appointments

Appointments are booked through Jane App and are subject to the center's policies, including a 24 hour cancellation policy. Jane App has its own terms and privacy policy.

The Better Forever plan and the Risk Free offer

The Risk Free offer applies to the Better Forever plan only. It does not apply to ancillary services such as RMT, chiropractic and kinesiology, which support the training programs.

Improvement is measured through a personal training program, using the baseline of the Core 4 assessment.
